You can certainly wite to them but one thing you need to understand is that the filmmakers were not using the statements in a hateful manner directed at the targeted ethnic groups.
The racist remarks were made by the characters in the movie. The filmmakers were showing how ridiculous and stupid the racists are. Much like in American History X the comments weren't made to glamorize, they were made to show how thoughtless and narow minded some people can be.
So, in a way, you can write the filmmakers and thank them for showing how stupid racists are!
