The book will probably show up at last, in 3 or 5 volumes or something.
I guess that the first volume will be released on Bruce`s birthday

And of course a special release in Japan, very very rare limited super duper edition, most likely including a Arnie Kim doll, in a hand carved wood box with a glass frame.. to the great prize of 600 US dollars or more.

No answers leads to speculations.
