The Strange World of Game of Death
1) The pagoda floors seem to match the residents so can you see Kareen out shopping for the antique vases?
2) What was up w/ the vases and decors on Ji's floor?
3) Why was Ji in bed? a little mid afternoon Nap before the people downstairs fighting noisily entered?
4) Pagoda didnt seem to have electric but Ji's floor had a battery pack to run his red light?
5) WHy did Ji train all those yrs then when all of a sudden he received guests to try his skills and he suggested they leave? depriving himself of such an opportunity
6) WHy did neither Aide to Lee try and hurry upstairs from Dans floor but both tried to make it around Ji?
7) Does Kareem make his dates walk up all 5 floors when he takes them back to his Pad?
8) Where are the toilets , refrigerators? Cooking stoves? or do they order pizzas?
9) Do you think Kareem ever goes downstairs and borrows a cup of sugar from Ji?
10) Tien got clobbered by both Dan and Ji.. the opponents got tougher as they ascended.. Did he think somehow Kareem would be easier??.. On that note... CHieh was tossed down rather quickly, and tien did no better than Chieh in previous bouts.. Did Tien think all of a sudden he was going to be empowered to fight 20 tiems better?
11) WHy did Kareem have bags on his floor? for a little training while he waited day after day for someone to amke it to his floor? Also if he splits the bag w/ one kick whats the purpose?
12) The candles.. why would someone light sensitive want to make his floor lighter? and can you see Kareem going to the local mini mart on the island and buying his candles?
13) Do you think it might get boring for those guys hanging out in that pagoda day in and out on the hopes someone might visit?
14) Why did someone decide to put this treasure atop the pagoda rather than behind armed guards?
15) In the pictures the floors get smaller as you ascend but in the movie they seem to be the same size
16) There are no obvious load bearing walls.. and w/ paper walls and thin wood .. What is holding the pagoda up?
17) Korea has cold winters.. dont you think maybe that paper was a bad insulation choice?
18) Did Dan buy his tiger rug the same place Ji gets his vases and Kareem gets his candles?
19) Why was Tien in street clothes? bad ones at that
20) Do these guys get paid for hanging out in the pagoda? if so by whom ? and is it direct deposit on the island?
21) A person 7 feet 2 inches should be a basketball player instead of waisitng away atop a pagoda in hopes someone will show to fight
It's Saturday night and Ji has the night off ... He decides to go skirt chasing.. He finds an eligble lady and buys her a drink.. She asks what he does for a living.. Ji replies " I guard the fourth floor of the local pagoda" smiling proudly she says WOW!!!
As the night progresses Ji gets her drunk and asks would she "like to go back to his place"
She agrees anxiously.. as they enter Ji says "Be Quiet, we dont want to wake Dan" and bravely leads the way to his floor w/ the help of the candle borrowed from kareem....
when they get on Ji's Floor Ji says embarrassed " You will have to sit on the floor... I have a bed but no chairs" as he slyly winks... she asks if she could have soemthing to drink then it occurs to Ji he has no refirgerator... hoping she doesnt ask to use the restroom lol ... She then says these candles aren't doing the trick so Ji proudly turns on his red light which offends the girl terrbily as if Ji is implying she is a Whore and Ji says " NO ! red means danger and go downstairs..." she does so immediately and falls prey to Dan's sultry smile '' Ji listens sadly as the two engage in the throes of passion below... Dan paddling the girl ever so sardonically w/ his sticks...."
In the afterglow of romance as Dan and his lady lay cuddly upon Dan's tiger rug which he has put on the floor Dan says " it curfew time in the pagoda so Ill see you out" She looks deeply in the escrimadors eyes like she never looked at another man...as he see her out shes looks sofly and innocently at him..like she never looked at a man before Dan says ... " I dont think I caught your name " she says Softly in a voice that could set sail to 1000 ships .. "Paula"
Kin folks said of the pagoda "Dan move away from there" they said "California is the place you oughta be "so he loaded on the boat and headed for beverly..."
Yrs later never looking back .. making a decent living teaching his art to semianr attendees world wide.
i wonder if Ji and Dan ever lure Kareem down to Ji's floor then get him w/ the red light in his face as a prank?
The red light has an alternate switch for the 'strobe' light, then there's the switch to bring out the 'Saturday Night Fever' floor LOL! All three brush up on their 'hustle' technique's.
I bet Ji gets sick of all that sand falling down on his practice mats. He gets his own back though by taking the piss out of Kareem with his red light.
The guards are always sitting or lying down throughout the day and seem well annoyed when they have to get up to fight. Well they shouldn't have been up all night showing off their dancing moves. No wonder Ji's got a bad back - he slipped on the sand and landed badly trying to execute his new break dancing move Kareem move your head, your blocking out the flashing light BABY!! When they don't work, they get Kareem to take of his shades and to start blinking real quick lol.
I'm not supposed to speak of it (as its a secret), but I found out what Dan and Kareem are getting Ji for Christmas.....A DUST BUSTER LOL!!!!!
