The footage was JR logo free

As the earlier poster said, it was in a Japanese doc and that's where the footage comes from.

JR trades with a fan who has it, and he gets a copy. But then he adds his initials on it to make it appear it's his for some strange reason, and begins to sell it. That's where you come in, a few years after the fact.
