It isn't noted at Dan Inosanto's website yet. 67 is relatively young; what was the cause of death?

As I said, I hope you're wrong about this. I attended one of Mr. Hartsell's seminars a few years back, he seemed like a nice guy, very approachable, & I admired both he & Mr. Inosanto's openmindedness & willingness to step outside their own comfort zones in order to continue learning & growing.
