Game of Death question

Maybe a stupid one, but iŽll try:

In the fight scenes of "Game of Death", when Lee wearing the yellow tracksuit, heŽs wearing also a black wristband on his right arm. Do someone know if this has a meaning?
In The Big Boss aka Fists of Fury, his character Cheng Chao An has an amulett from his mother, to remember him never fight again.

Maybe the wristband from Game of Death has a reason like this, what do you think?
