Guys, as for the looks of Bruce's body (morgue photo) you have to consider that very often just after decease corpses may look very much different from living state. There are many differences after death in face structure (especially skin differences). Some people swell some become thin on the face (and I'm talking about natural causes here). Some peopole swell badly just after taking a nap!
As for Lee where do you see bruises on his face? His eyebrow may look swallen but it also seems to look that way because he was shaving it. There is no blackness around that area. Plus his body was just washed, that's why his face is shining. As for the neck, his head was put on some hard object so neck could just bend like that. Don't you think doctors would notice his broken neck during autopsy?
