Response to Lee's account in Black Belt

The details for Wong Jack Man's account of the fight can be found in the book Showdown in Oakland. Comparing both WJM own account and Lee's own account, personally, I think Bruce Lee's account is more credible.

1) 20-25 minutes is far too long for a no-holds barred fight between Traditional Martial Artists.

2) Wong Jack Man's claim that he avoided kicks because he didn't want to kill Bruce Lee shows his inexperience as a fighter. There are no deadly Kung Fu kicks.

3) On the other hand 3 minutes is more reasonable and enough time for a fighter to get exhausted if they over exert themselves as Bruce Lee claimed to do when he was chasing Wong around the room.

4) Bruce also claimed he hurt his hands punching Wong along the back of his head and back which is also realistic.
