Response to Re: Bruce Lee on the deleted love scene in The Big Boss

To Cheng Chao An, Chiao Mei was like an angel to him. He had a crush on her (so did she) but had to hold back his strong sexual desire because Chiao Mei was such an innocent girl, like a white sheet of paper that couldn't leave any stain on it. She was also a distant cousin to him, so he had to maintain a decent relationship with her.

When Chiao Mei was abducted and all his cousins were murdered, Cheng almost went berserk. Like Lee said in his interview, that occurrence of enjoying the last meal (sex) came instantaneously, so he went to the brothel for the last time and vent all his sexual frustrations out on that red shirt sexy Thai pros.

Here, we see that Chiao Mei was not dumped by Cheng, she still held onto him in the final scene when the police handcuffed him. Also, Cheng's final thought was to kill all the villians and the thought of having sex with the pros was not to have an offspring because it goes against the Chinese tradition. IMO, Cheng would rather have an offspring with Chiao Mei than the pros. Anyway, Cheng was shack after that and had to consume the crackers to refill his energy. This scene is very logical and not sure it was Lo Wei or Lee's idea.
