You can clearly see that the region that is influenced by Chinese culture performs the best, no matter poor or rich, from mainland China, Taiwan island to Japan.

That survey was funded by Checkpoint Systems Inc, a US based Security systems provider which directly benefits from surveys like this. Its not just this year, since last three years that 'survey' is putting India on top of that list.That coincides presicely from the time when India is toying with the idea to open its Retail sector for foreign partners. Considering that Retail is one of the fastest growing sectors in India, no wonder that survey puts India on top of that list this year as well !
