QBASIC: All I want to do is simple movement! May 22 2003 at 9:12 AM		Andrew from IP address 195.92.168.164


I don't know if this is normal or not. I am using TIMER, with a delay between each movement (of 1 pixel). However, it seems that the smallest delay I can use is 0.04 seconds, i.e. 25 pixels a second. This is not fast enough. Other programs I have seen can move at far greater speeds. This has happened on a simple test program I constructed with no other coding. What could be the reason for my unfortunate situation?!
