Yes, I read a cookbook. I read a cookbook about BBQing...and then it rained in Britain for 17 consecutive days, wiping out most of July. It's a very good book though although the thought of indirectly cooking pork in a closed BBQ for 6 hours seems intense. There are plenty of recipes for quick and slow cooked meat but the sauce, seasoning and side dish sections make it a worthwhile book on the subject.
