| Alright lads, I was just thinking of all the little 'offs' we have had over the years. One i remember in particular was one of the more recent where 15 or so lads frm both side had a good toe to toe for a few minutes in the away end car park before ob got between us. Ive always had a lot of respect for Yeovil (who have always traditionally had a firm, although i never caught a name) so people claiming they are nothing are obviously not in the know! Like alot of teams they are obvioualy going through a bad period but i fully expect that they will sort themselves out in the coming seasons! |

yes mate, being in the non league for so long, hereford was the one everyone looked forward too. Remember the facup game 92/93 season when it was a packed house down here and it kicked off in the away end as yeovil were in there, needed horses and dogs to clear up the fighting. It then went to a replay where we beat you and got arsenal in the next round which really was a game that saved our football club from the money we made out of it so we thank you for that! Remember one year you turned up with about 15 lads i think and we tried to get at you after game but ob took charge, then the following year was when we were on course for promotion and you turned up and completly out numbered us. Alot us said down here that you turned up so strong after hearing about our postponed fa trophy game at yours where we had 70 approx waiting in a yeovil boozer at 8.00am to come up to your place, shame as that would have been fun. Maybe what we need is another yeov vs hereford game soon to get the blood flowing again! | |
