I have some Lyrics but do not know the name of the song Please Help

If anyone who reads this knows what the name of the song the following Lyrics fit to: I may have some words wrong but I believe that they are fairly accurate;
"Susan takes you down to a place by the river, you can watch the boats go past and you can spend the night together and in the morning she will feed bread and honey which comes all the way from China..." then goes on to a line that "you will tell her that you don't love her" the rest is gone, this is a memory from when I was about 9 or 10 and I am nearly 40 now.
I have tried to find this song but I keep coming up blank, from what I can remember this was on an Album from around the mid seventies.
If you can help it would be graciously and gratefully recieved.
