She still annoys me and doesn't get a pass on that if she's Mother Theresa. I don't begrudge anyone success, whether they fought for it or it came easily. If Ina Garten only got her success because she married well, then perhaps Sandra Lee only got hers on looks. Who cares? If I want to watch I will and if they annoy me too much I won't. SL may be a wonderful person, but I only get to see her on TV and when I do I will continue to flip the channel. I usually only last until she "pops" something- like food into the oven. Her schtick is lame. I forget the formula for her "hook". What are those scientific percentages again? 30% pre-made, %50 percent home made? Why so rigid and who's keeping it honest and who bloody cares anyway? It's lame. I only flip a little bit slower if it's the Barefoot Contessa. Her annoyance factor is pretty high as well but at least she cooks some food. And I've never see her "pop" a thing into the oven. Maybe if she showed some cleavage.
