Response to Horseradish aioli

 

Aoili is mynez.

Traditionally, as far as I know, it's mynez with garlic. But now aoili/mynez is "infused" (another term I deride) with gawd only knows.

I'm not ragging on your dish, Maria, but you "confessed" that it could be made with simple bottled mynez with some horseradish mixed in. How come that's "aoli"? More importantly, how come you have to pass it off as "aoli" instead'a mynez? (I think I know the answer).

And don't get me started about "crustini".
