mid-December and I love it. I fought it for a long time because I was afraid I would miss the interaction of co-workers but when the last one of my real buddies quit, it left me alone with the office chatterbox and I knew I would get the brunt of it. The man is a very, very principled person and a true gentleman and I admire him tremendously for those qualities, but by the same token he gets very upset about real and perceived injustices and has to vent. Subsequently, it gets me cranked up and quite honestly, I don't need it. I can sleep an hour later, don't have to pay for parking, eat much cheaper lunches (could before but was too lazy to pack a lunch), no regular cleaning bills because I was too lazy to iron my own shirts, lower car insurance, etc., AND I can work now in comfy clothes without proper foundation garments.
The down side is that we are now both home all day with the dog and he gets ticked off when we leave to go anywhere. |
