Copcop I had not idea they sold it in a can. I've never even noticed it.
I sauteed some mushrooms in butter until softened. Mixed in about a quarter cup of flour and some salt. Then added 2 cups of chicken broth and a cup of 1/2 and 1/2. Cooked that for about 5 minutes. Took a quarter cup of the soupy mixture out and mixed with an egg yolk and then mixed that back in to the original soup. Cooked that for about 3 more minutes. Then added some pimentos, green peas and about 3 1/2 cups of chicken. Cooked it about 2 more minutes. Easy, smeasy!
