I was on a world-wide food board earlier and read that some people are dipping their boiled crawfish in cocktail sauce, remoulade and butter. Not all at the same time. I posted and said I had never heard of this. Several responses later (I don't know if they were from locals) I was told this is common. Lawd if you ever see me dipping JP's crawfish in anything you will know I've lost my mind. Have any of you experienced this?
