The A Q Chicken House is a very successful restaurant (60 years in bidness) in Springdale, Arkansas. Since Bill Clinton is a big fan of their food to the point that he had them once cater a White House event, I'm guessing their secret of success and broad fan base is because everyone wants locally choked chickens. There are numerous pictures on the wall of former President Clinton enjoying freshly choked chicken.
