Lunchety in Iowa..My first attempt at Italian beef..

I used just a pot roast, a packet of au jus mix and a packet of zesty italian dressing mix. I took out the peppers before they went to mush.Also homemade onion rings...

I placed onions in cold water, drained, seasoned flour, egg wash, flour again. Very good!
