Sweetie, CopCop and I went to Middendorf's for lunch, then to Taste of Bavaria and Berry Town. It was rainy but we managed to have fun and stay relatively dry.

My soft shell crab was a work of art! I ate everything on my plate (except the cole slaw) with my fingers!

Loved the funky chicken!

March 29 2008, 5:50 PM

Maybe I should have called it a fancy chicken, but it looked pretty funky to me. Is the outide area going to be for dining? That should be fun the three weeks of springlike weather we have before the temps soar straight into the 90s for 8 months.

Chef said you go to the counter to order food and drinks and then go sit yourself at the picnic tables or outside. No waitstaff except behind the counter.

Both of you took some great pics!

I love the barnyard. The food and folks were quite pleasant to see, also. I'll have to go w/ Mrs. F some day so I can get in on the crab cocktail lagniappe!

Whenever I utter the word "exercise" I will rinse my mouth with chocolate!
