Because of racism within private companies and public bodies, it is necessary to have positive discrimination . Same applies to disabled people, women, etc. I don't especially agree with positive discrimination 100% but I do understand the reasoning behind it, and if it stops racists/sexists/disabilists (is that a word?
) enforcing their psychotic views I'm in favour of it. HOWEVER, racism is a two-way thing, and just as there are white racists who will only employ whites, there are black racists who will only apply blacks. Both approaches are illegal.
By the way, how do you feel about people like Lewis Hamilton and Theo Walcott who's family came here in the 50/60s? Should they be kicked out? Is there any sense of pride in the achievement of these English people? And they are English, and they are very proud to be English.
