My x360 scooter(20A 36V) recently blew its controller box and I bought a replacement. Once installed, it powers to full speed with the key turned on and only shuts off with the brake lever engaged. Console power lights show full power, also. Other note is the motor connectors had polarity reversed. I sent the controller back assuming it was defective. They sent another back with the same problem. Thought maybe the person who assembled the controller was color blind and juggled the circuit wiring. Company will not make good on controller!

The original controller still functions with lights, horn, power display, etc. On internal inspection I can see the middle voltage regulator chip is fried. If it were not for the infernal tar/epoxy I would replace it except the labelling is obscured.

Any ideas on how to make either controller work would be appreciated! or do you have a schematic circuit diagram of the controller???? thanks
