Jesus Lock you are like a mall security guard or something. You give someone a badge and they think they have some power and are hard core. In this case some guy gets to host a message board and he thinks he is the man. An example can be found in a lower post where the Lock says "you can type what you like but I have the power as you can see this message is locked." Christ just lock the message, don't go around and act like your all hard cause you host the board.
