Independent Team Sales Representatives Clinch Gear Wrestling
Clinch Gear Wrestling (www.clinchgear.com) is seeking Independent Team Sales Reps for exclusive territories nationwide.
The fastest growing performance brand in amateur wrestling, Clinch Gear Wrestling features a robust and growing Team Catalog to meet the needs of schools and clubs.
Our Independent Team Sales Reps are detail-oriented, self-motivated independent contractors with superb communication skills, passion for the sport of wrestling and availability to maximize sales opportunities during the peak sales months of September to January.
Present the Clinch Gear Wrestling product line to high school and club coaches in your exclusive territory
Serve existing accounts and generate new business
Follow up on leads generated by Clinch Gear Wrestling advertising and marketing
Communicate effectively with customers and Clinch Gear Wrestling staff throughout the sales and production process
Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
Submit daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
Represent the Clinch Gear Wrestling brand and manage event and team sales at wrestling tournaments, coaches clinics and related events in your exclusive territory
Recommend changes in products, service and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing product specifications, studying professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity at all times
Commission-based compensation with a performance-based bonus schedule.
