Cael Sanderson to be Featured at 2003 Wildcat Wrestling Clinic
Four-time NCAA champion joins Wildcat staff for wrestling tutorial

Oct. 8, 2003

EVANSTON, Ill. - Cael Sanderson, a former Iowa State wrestler, will join Northwestern head coach Tim Cysewski and the NU staff at the 2003 Wildcat Wrestling Clinic being held on Oct. 30.

Sanderson won a silver medal at the 2003 World Championship following arguably the greatest collegiate wrestling career to date. Sanderson ended his four years at Iowa State with a perfect 159-0 record, winning four NCAA championships, and being named the NCAAs most outstanding wrestler all four of those years. He is also a two-time academic All-American and a two-time Hodge Award winner.

WHEN:
Thursday Oct. 30, from 6-9:30 p.m.

WHERE:
Conant high school
700 E. Cougar Trail Road - located 1/4 mile south of Higgins and Plum Grove Roads.

COST:
Pre-registration fee of $40 ($50 at the door) includes food and beverage.
Additional coaches from the same school $30 ($40 at the door).

SCHEDULE:
5-5:30 p.m. - Registration, food and beverages.
5:30-5:45 p.m. - Announcements.
5:45-9 p.m. - Session (featuring Cael Sanderson and Northwestern Wrestling Staff)
