If you are looking for any out of state competition for next season, please consider the "Battle on the Bay" tournament. This tournament will take place December 10th, 2005 in Green Bay, WI and is hosted by Bay Port High School. We are looking for a few more schools to complete the field of 16 and would be happy to have a school or two represent the state of Illinois. Every wrestler will get five early season matches against some quality competition, including: Luxemeburg-Casco(WI), Simley(MN). The tournament is ran as an individual scramble on 8 mats. We're in the process of raising money to help offset hotel costs for any teams that need to spend a night prior to the tournament.
