I know what you are talking about and if I had to choose only one camera, M9 would be my choice as well. But I am absolutely fine with only two lenses - (latest) 50mm Summilux and 21mm Super-Elmar. Both fit perfect to what I like to shoot. If one would really force me, I could even "survive" with the 50mm Summilux - only.
