, number three... That image looks different on each of my three screens... very dark on the tablet. The canon 28 images have a unique feel. I was using a spot meter on these images, although number three was a quick grab based on prior meter readings.
Starting to get a feeling on the best way to use the meter... my next target is to run a series of tests at 1.5/ 2/ 2.5/ 3 /3.5 stops above the shadow reading. I have been using a "average" of shadow and white reading, but starting to believe that (for film) in most cases it's better to key off the shadow. I believe that 2.5 stops is correct, but I want to run a test
