      Hi Casey,

      The negative platform clips the negative a bit, and that's the edge of the image you're seeing. For now I'm not cropping; I figure I need all the negative I can get for 8X10 size prints.

      This one is from last night. It's Tri-X @320, which made for a sharper image than I expected, and while it's hard to see here, the tones are just lovely on paper.

      Tonight I'm going to try fiber based paper, which is supposed to be trickier than the resin paper I started with. We'll see.
