Thats the scary part, James. It wasnt...

I just put it inside a northface waist bag that didnt have any sort of lining in it. I thought it was done for to be honest. Lo and behold though when i whipped it out, it was dry and ready to shoot. And to think it got direct hits from those big waves. Miraculous in a way as theother contents in my bag got wet!

I like this image... it's alive, as I am sure you were glad to be... The water seems a little rough for a boat that size... maybe a couple of beers before the return trip wink.gif

I do love the water, from a distance. I lost it a couple of time in like situations, the more time you spend on the water doesn't necessarily make it any easier wink.gif. The one time I spent two weeks on a 37 meter boat, it was very hard to be on solid land again.

I do like the blue and white water... and the individual in green who is already moving on to their next job at hand.

Yep, I like this image.

Very rough...

When one of the locals that rode with us on that boat started muttering 'oh my God, oh my God', i knew it was going to be nasty!

I dont think i'll ever get used to the sea but its a price i am willing to pay. Makes me feel that i am alive. Hahaha!

Thanks, Casey. I have been thinking of gifting myself a really BIG print for my birthday this october. Kinda hard to choose but this one is definitely on the list. I like the light on this one. And how beautiful an experience puking can be :p

I like the colors and what were you doing on a boat that was carrying produce and such? Was it the only means of transportation?
If that is the case it is a small wonder your guts cost you...ha ha.

but it makes for great photography though happy.gif

focus ain't bad considering it's all hyper focal at f8 with the Leica. pretty sharp considering.

thanks, Harish! Glad you like it!
