Had lunch at Cobalt today. They have different daily lunch specials for $10. I had the special today which was blackened catfish, fries and cole slaw. The fish was moist, flaky and spicy. There was a seasoning in there I could not identify. I asked the waiter but he was no help. He just said there were "various spices" used to season the fish. If any of you eat there please help me solve the mystery of the seasoning on the blackened fish. The fries tasted just like my mom's - no kidding! They must have used the Yukon Gold potatoes. The cole slaw was good also with a hint of sweetness to it. I considered a glass of wine, but the Pedroncelli was $8.75 a glass so I had a Coke instead.
