I was in Isa's neck of the woods last night to check out Easy Dogs and play some Let's Make a Wheel of Bingo! This place is cute and fun yall. They have a ton of hotdog combos, I had the Jazz Dog which is an Easy Dog with Olive Salad and cheese. My DC had the Lundi Dog which is an Easy dog with red beans and rice. These dogs are about 7 inches, meaty and so filling. We tried the Frito Pie as well, that was yummy. New to me. And the Zip Dip with some Zapp's. Ya, we pigged out! All while playing the Bingo game. It was a fun way to pass a couple hours.

When the game ended the place cleared out pretty fast. We chatted up the owners and got some info on the Friday night version of the game...Adults only! We'll be back on the 27th to check that out. Anyone interested?

Here's a link so you can check it out: www.neworleanseasydogs.com They have been open less than a year, October will make a year. They knew everyone in there by name too. Check it out, fun for the whole family on Wednesday and Saturdays at 7, and fun for the adults on Fridays at 9.

The place was pretty full when we got there, everyone was playing the Bingo game, so we took the only two seats up at the bar. They were really nice to us and took great care of us.

It was my first Frito Pie and my first hot dog joint...and I found all kinds of other cool places I've heard about in the area too. Now I know where the Gretna Farmer's Market and Red Maple are!
