help! baby refuses bottle starting college in 2 weeks - panicked

I am a twenty year old single mother. Things are hard for us. So I'm going to school to make things better. I start school on 9/25/06.
Amelia Refuses all bottles. I have tried formula, thawed beastmilk, and fresh breast milk. I have used the playtex bottle with all nipples (including the flat one), the nuk nipple, both gerber nipples (NB and regular size), and the soothie bottle. I tried starving her until she took it... (It took eight hours for her uncle to take the bottle that way) eight hours later I was exhausted and gave up. The following 2 days I tried it for another 6 hours each day. No luck. Now I am introducing the bottle at every feeding. I have also had 2 other people (my mother and my aunt) work with her on multiple occations. How do I get her to do this? PLease help... I am freaking out.
