Hey, I don't know why everyone is getting so hyped up. I watched the game so let's just set the facts straight. Yes, Etobicoke was winning the game at the time of Clarke's injury and did go on to win the game. However, Clarke was not having a good game (certainly not what she normally plays) and is eager to get back out there. Another fact: the player who injured Clarke had run Clarke mere minutes before. At this, Clarke got up and shook it off but the second time this player ran her, she was knocked out cold. If this was a one time incident, I could understand it being accidental but twice and only minutes apart? Hmmmmm...As for the referees, they were consistly terrible throughout the entire game on both sides. When asked if they had seen what happened to Clarke, all three said they did not (how could all three refs not be paying attention?!). Anyway, you can't help bad reffing, it's just a fact of the game. However, these are the facts and facts cannot be argued.
