Prospects scouting guide!

Anybody that wants a close look at the scouting guide they sell will get better insight. Opinions about players are solicited by the owners, direct with the parent statisticians. They aren't hard to pick out, they're the ones writing stuff down at games. So a parent's view is what is being taken. A score is asigned from 1 to 4 , average of one and incremented by .5. Next to no one rates a 3. It's interesting to see the occasional gaff in the guide when a player for whatever reason has had to switch a sweater number. The person who originally had the number is given the rating and personally i've seen a non-elite player getting elite numbers. They are what they are. Has anybody EVER been turned down at Prospects.
