Changing 10-10-10 is easy as 20-20-20

At a recent meeting in which Fran "Little Red" Rider was present, someone brought up the 10-10-10 issue and she indicated that she didn't know it was an issue. She said that if anyone wanted to change it, all they had to do was bring it up at an OWHA meeting and they would entertain it. So, if anyone wants to change this, simply attend the next OWHA meeting and bring it up and see what happens.
