Why don't you get off your fat asses and get out and see what works we say emphatically.

The enthusisam new referees add to the game is lost on your bullshit!

I would like you to attend even one tournament of any association of the Ontario Basketball Association. All refs in every division are assigned by their regional referees association who cafefully matches talent to skill levels of teams. They do a poor job, the "boss" knows. They get no further assignments and can't work elsewhere.

2. Observe the respect they command from the players in a proper format. Watch coaches get ejected for bad behaviour. They don't get too many second chances if they want to continue to coach. Players play and the result in the game is the sum of the players skills. Watch the players, they respect their judgment, they actually can walk away happy they gave their best.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AVAILABLE TO ANY IDIOT WHO WANTS TO IMPROVE THE GAME. SO FAR HOCKEY IS STILL OUT IN THE COLD and the idiots are runnning the asylum. THE PLAYERS and the Parents deserve better!!
