Response to Re: ....need a little interpretation |

Interpretation was of league standings someone posted. NCCP clearly strongest team out east, with two tournament wins. However, NCCP seems to have struggled to beat Burlington in the Scarborough tourny, and Burlington's second last in their division.
Too much dilution this year in Ottawa area with 4 BAA teams. London area with half the population only has one AA and one A. To be competitive Ottawa area really only has room for two good AA teams, two good A teams and two good BB teams. If association executives could bury their differences and park their egos, maybe they could take a page from the boys and for top compeititve levels (AA and A) group associations somehow into larger regions for top level competitive play (Ottawa east, Ottawa west ?). Kingston and Cornwall with regional AA teams, interlock some games with Montreal interegional teams such as Lac St. Louis, and you have enough for decent level of play and rivalry.
