      That is what I thought. 2 years ago the Midget AA team from Peterborough applied to the OWG but did not participate in the playdowns because they knew that the could not compete, they then applied to be reclassified to A but was turn down because the had applied to the OWG. I'am sure that on the application it states this as well. Also the OWG is only open to Midget AA teams, no exceptions.
