Lot fo rivalries last week and OWG determined. Mini tournament at Guelph, pretty conclusive. Any way check out he changes.
1. Etobicoke(1) No change here. Guelph dominance and your overtime vcictory at Guelph 6(ot periods) prove you may hav ehit on the motherlode. Now how do you keep what you got. Everyone wants a piece of you.
2.Nepean(2) Your dominacne and determination is keeping you in. Lot of experience in the cats and scheduling will be your challenge. Playoffs start and you need MIDGET AA competition to ensure you don't get tournament fallout.
3.Niagara - welcome back, long climb thru injuries and execellant scheduling. Your rematch with Etobicoke entertained the Guelph fans and sets up some interesting challenges. This team has loads of experience but a lot of teams dismiss them in the early going. Tournament play is sensational.
4.Clearview(7)just when things bo bad, you guys rebound and remember what got you to the top. Barrie is dust that you can't concentrate on. Your inexperience is showing by giving too much attention to teams that won't matter.
5. Aeros(3) Always ready to flex their muscles after bad games but desire to win everytime is not apparent.Big talent can beat up on bottowm dwellers but get in with the big girls.
6. Durham(4) Wow , one minute on , one minute off. Lot of catch up involved and other teams want to kick your tradition.
7.Aurora(8) What are you guys eating- Wheatties. Nice to see and effort but are you pretending or are you in it for the long haul. We'll see and it's nice to watch the little guys.
8.Belleville(-) Bit of a mystery all season despite early tournament success at Aeros. Welcome back to the ten and OWG will sort out whether you can maintain the tempo during high tournament play. thank Markham for their generousity.
9. Sarnia(-) Well, OWG brought yu back to your goals. Your tournament play is dismal so your success will depend on how often you can get top MID AA teams to play you. London and OWG will be big indicators.
10.Kitchener(-) Absolutely horrible tournament play but your league action might propel you to a higher understanding of your competition. Success in your league does not carry over to provincials unless you actually play teams outside league action, Welcome back!
The teams are bunching up and make this analysis more difficult each week. I suggest by End of Jnauary many pretenders will be exposed making this a 4 horse race. I'm off to Woodbine. Good luck this week!
