The game dictates shortening the bench in key situations when the players have no vested interest. Money they pay means they're an equal SHAREHOLDER just like any business. Most coaches don't pay a dime so the parallel is as in any business the shareholder can "fire" the coach at any shareholder's meeting. I don't think that's the way Junior Hockey should go. |
