Response to aod problem

I've checked the tv pressure with a gauge and adjusted it to 5 lbs. pressure. TV pressure was high 25 lbs. And someone could have said it's probable easier to pull the tranny than to hook up a line at the TV port> You ever wanna almost cry cuz you know this is done everyday and you're lying under here wondering how in the - what was that idiot at Ford eng thinking. Although it is shifting 2-3 I still need to feather the pedal to get a 2-3 shift. And still no 3-2 downshift unless I come to a stop. I can manually downshift, but?? It does shift a little better than previous. I don't have to wind it up and then feather it. I can also get a forced downshift if I tromp on the pedal. I wouldn't think the problem to be with the governor, as it does shift, but I don't know. If you all think I should pull the extension and check it, I will. So I'm also wondering about the alto direct clutch set up from 5 to 8 plates. Is that the problem. I did check the clearances and it was within spec. Or am I back into the vb and if so which valve specifically. Could it be a weak spring? Thanks for letting me pick your brain. Have a great 4th.
