I am converting my 70 Mach1 from a FMX to a C-6. In order to get the car on the road after I do my 30 minute engine break-in, I would like to be able to drive the car to the paint shop.
Is there a difference in the driveshaft length? The spline seems to work OK in the C-6. I also have the crossmember for the C-6 as I know it is different than the FMX member. Years ago (25) my Ford partsman had a catalog that stated the different lengths of the drive lines and transmissions. Any help would be appreciated.
