Same problem on my AOD

Hello,
i must wake this thread up, because i have the same problem with my AOD.
The Upshifts are good, it shifts 1-2-3-OD at the right speed.
My problem is that it won`t downshift 3-2 even under wot.
It downshifts at ~3-5mph from 3 to 2, not at higher speeds.
I can manually shift to second gear if i pull the shift lever
in L Position at higher speeds and second gear will also be
upshifted in automatic mode. But there is no downshift
at normal speed or under wot.

The transmission is behind a carbed (Autolite 4100) 5.0HO
in my 66 Mustang.

If i shake the governor i hear the valve, it moves.
The TV Pressure is 1PSI in Idle and 30PSI at accleration,
WOT ~ 80PSI.
I looked at the valve body and it seems for me that every valve
is free moving.
I don`t know if the transmission worked before i installed it.
I have installed a Transgo Shift Correction Kit, the SK-AOD.

Any ideas what i should check or check again?
