It states 10 ft (foot ) pounds.
I am in the process of installing a TransGo kit in a C4.
The instructions do state 10" (inch) pounds and back off less turns.
I went a step further, tried the foot pound torque with the normal back off.
Then tried the TransGo recommended torque and back off.
Just about same same.
I think it's probably window dressing.
