Too high of TV pressure at idle????

Im getting 95-100PSI out of the TV port when at idle, and ive checked the TV linkage and it is sprung all the way back, so idk whats wrongs, stuck valve or somethin? Cars on jacks and doesnt seem to be shifting and its an AOD btw.
