OK, one more question that bears on the band adjustment.
I've no clue what year this tranny is. There is a tag on it the following info:
83DT A6B 1
02 J 09
Does this mean anything? If not is there a way to determine the year visually? The band adjusment is 1.5 for 1980 and older and 2 for 1981 and newer.
