After rebuilding several C6's, I have the same issue with all of them. Once installed they shift very fast. I am seting all the tollerances to the low/tight side.
Reverse-high clutch is at .022-.03inch
Forward clutch .021-.03inch
Total end play is at .008-.015inch
Could these be too tight and be making the system shift extremely fast? Or is there something else I am looking for?
